Women in the ADHD World
A weekly group sharing systems and techniques
Your brain didn't break, your hormones changed, life got busier — let's build systems around it.
This Is For You If…..
You're navigating ADHD in perimenopause or menopause — and the systems that used to work have stopped
You're juggling too much, struggling with executive function, and exhausted by advice that wasn't built for your brain.
You want community AND practical tools — not just venting, not just theory.
You're ready to experiment with real systems, not just survive another week.
You're doing everything right and still drowning
HOW IT WORKS
One hour. One tool. One commitment.
Each session is co-hosted by Dr. Ali Perkinson and Jill Epstein — part teaching, part community, part accountability. You leave with something you can actually use before next Tuesday.
Meeting Schedule:
Weekly on Tuesdays starting May 13 · 11:30am PST · 1 hour · Zoom
Recordings + worksheets: Available on Skool after each session
Cost: $25 per session · No ongoing commitment · Join any week

What We Cover
Topics rotate based on what comes up in the group — here are three examples of what a session might look like:
Sample 1
Your Brain Didn't Break
ADHD + hormones, identity, shame reframe
Tool: AI reflection + brain dump
Sample 2
Environment Over Willpower
Building external systems that do the remembering for you
Tool: visual systems + whiteboards
Sample 3
When Time Goes Missing
Time blindness, energy mapping, rhythm vs. schedule
Tool: timers + body-based planning
Topics evolve week to week based on what the group brings. You generate the knowledge — we just build the structure around it.

About Your Hosts
Dr. Ali Perkinson
Dr. Ali Arena Perkinson is a licensed therapist, ADHD specialist, and proud ADHDer who works with neurodiverse women, couples, and adults. She doesn't teach systems she found in a book — she teaches ones she's lived, tested, and refined with her clients.
“From a young age, I realized the immense importance of communication, and not because I came from a household where we sat and talked about our feelings, quite the opposite, Even as a young child, I was a social scientist and curious about relationships. Why are some people heard and others are ignored? This drove me to examine communication and relationships by pursuing a degree in speech and language pathology. Heck, I even took it a step further and made communication the focus of my studies and became an expert in neurodiverse communication.
I am a licensed educational psychologist, speech-language pathologist, board-certified behavior analyst, neurodiverse couples counselor, and a proud ADHDer.”
